Thank you for visiting our guestbook. We enjoy reading comments from our visitors from all over the world. Please sign in and let us know what you think of our site! Unfortunately, it looks like we lost part of our guestbook from 2003 - 2005, when we switched web servers. Our continued apologies as the guestbook script has been disabled, due to spambots. Once my schedule clears up, I'll try another anti-spambot approach. Feel free to send an email instead! Rita, Russ, CONGRATULATIONS!! She is absolutely a beautiful, darling baby!! Must have been Rita's genes.. Just kidding - can't wait to see her in person. Hope you are recuperating from the birth and sneaking in some nap time. Nice site, cute baby! *pinches* Jordan Nelson <samsaren@hotmail.com> USA - Sunday, March 26, 2006 at 16:29:11 (EST) Hi Rita and Russell, I came by your website by way of the Khmer Institute, researching khmer weddings. i like learning information about my culture especially about weddings since i will be looking to get married my self (according to my parents). i wanted to find out what goes on during a cambodian wedding and your program is so detailed that i would like to ask your permission to adopt some of the text. I would also like to know if you can point me to the right directions of any other helpful resources about cambodian weddings. my boyfriend and i talk alot about what our wedding would be like but i'm so afraid of the chaos and unstructured cambodian cermony that i don't want to think about a wedding let alone a cambodian one. We're going to be combining a cambodian cermony and a catholic filipino ceremony. i may be jumping ahead but i'd like to find out more about my culture and a cambodian wedding is a good place to start because they it is so rich with tradition, and culture. Congratulations on such a beautiful wedding and i hope to hear from you, if you have time. sami <samijo21@yahoo.com> san jose, ca USA - Thursday, December 29, 2005 at 01:40:01 (EST) bi really happy to join this prograame and iwant t know detail about ur programme thank kanekaky <kykaneka@yahoo.com> phnompenh, 855 cmbodia - Friday, October 28, 2005 at 22:39:39 (EDT) You guys rock! Glad I met you. You guys have fun in DC! Rob McGinnis <swashplate@socal.rr.com> Garden Grove, CA USA - Saturday, September 2005 Hi Rita and Russell: You guys might not know me, but I am touched by the detailed information outline for your wedding program. My name is Chou (I am 50% Chinese, 25% Thai and 25% Cambodian). I have been in and to a lot of Cambodian wedding and I only know half of what is going on. I am so glad I came across your website directed from khmerinstitute.com. You guys have created an incredible resource of Cambodian traditional wedding and culture to be viewed by the world. Your wedding looks like a dream come true "the perfect wedding". I hope that when it is time for my wedding next year it will be as beautiful as yours. My fiancé is Laotian. Both of our parents want to combine both traditional wedding ceremonies in two days (Saturday and Sunday). I wanted to ask for your permission to use your wedding program for our wedding next year. It will be a big help for the both of us, his side of the family and my American friends to understand what will take place and the meaning behind every changed out-fits. And what the Cambodian wedding id all about. I just wanted to send you guys a belated Congratulation on your wonderful wedding, a lifelong of happiness and staring a family together. Thank you so much, Chou and Sisavath
I like your gallery. I especially like the flowers! Your husband works with me. He is silly. I gotta go...gotta finish looking at your pictures.
Night is better than Liner cuz he signed the book.
Great origami pictures. Not only well folded, but very well photogrphed.
Hey guys, Intersting website. Nice gallery; I hope you keep adding more models to it. michael
What a great idea! And the opening photo is wonderful even without the high resolution. Mom
Hi, boung srey..just wanna come by and wish the best, ok bye
Greetings to the happy couple! I was directed to your site from khmerinstitute.com where a version of your wedding program is posted to educate about Khmer wedding ceremonies. I was curious about the original and was delighted with your site, especially that you held ceremonies to celebrate both backgrounds. Both weddings appeared to be absolutely beautiful and full of meaning for all involved. I hope that my own ceremonies will turn out as well. (I will be marrying my Cambodian beau in two years, and we are also planning dual ceremonies.) While I have participated in his brother's wedding, at the time I wasn't aware of some of the details pertaining to the ceremony. In the interest of friends and family unfamiliar with Khmer culture, I would like your blessing to adapt the Khmer program format for our wedding. We think it will be enormously helpful in heightening the experience for our non-Khmer guests. Looking forward to surfing the rest of your site! Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together, Lauren
Hey, nice site! I just wanted to drop by the site and say hi. And nice pictures, they're great! I dig your guinea pigs too - way cool!
Hi Rita and Russell: I am so glad I came across this site. It's an incredible resource. Your weddings look absolutely gorgeous. I've been a bridesmaid at Cambodian weddings 5 times...I wish I had a program similar to yours so that I can actually comprehend the rituals that were performed. It's actually quite beautiful once you understand it. My wedding situation is pretty similar to yours, in that I am Cambodian-American girl and my fiance is Greek-American. We both are going to have 2 full-blown weddings to represent our 2 different, but beautiful, cultures. The Cambodian wedding is to take place one month from today, the Greek-American one in December. Your wedding program is incredible and I would like your blessing in using your program format to create one similar to your. I think it will be a huge help and a kind gesture to my American friends and family members who will be attending the wedding(s). Thank you so much, Ravi
Hey Rita - I'm so glad you turned me on to your site. So far I enjoy what's there. You both are quite talented. Best to you both!
Can't wait to see this baby when it's fully up and running. Enjoyed the poetry guys.
Rita -- Russell Both of you have such a deep meaning to my life, as well as the lives of those that you have touched.. I feel blessed to have known you both before, and now after, the joining of your two beings into the bright light of one. May your lives be showered with rose petals, your hearts be bound with love, your days last forever and your happiness float over the edges of the cup of love you both share with eachother, and all the friends that you have. Your friend forever, - Lynn
